Walk two blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier, shops, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Rent includes water, cable & internet and up to $100.00 month in electricity. Tenant pays 13% Tourist Tax, $500.00 refundable deposit to HOA for moon grounds. $25.00 for gate sticker, $75.00 for lost pool or mailbox key. Exit cleaning fee $300.00. No pets or smoking. HOA does not allow trucks or motorcycles. $3000.00 security deposit to Landlord.
